Got a new feature request or product idea? Post it in theIdea Exchange in Community. Make sure to do a search first to see if your idea has already been suggested. If it has, you can upvote it. If it hasn't, then you should post it along with a clear business case. Our Product Management team monitors the posts in the Idea Exchange, and you may receive feedback on your submission from them in the form of status changes and follow-up comments.

Get an expert diagnosis If you're still stuck, contact your Business Partner (BP) and ask them to engage the Platform Adoption Specialist (PAS). PAS can provide a diagnostic Model Analysis, Proactive Solutions (MAPS) report to pinpoint the cause of the slowdown when:
- A model is consistently or intermittently slow or crashing.
- A process, import, or export takes an unusually long time to run.
- A model takes a long time to open.
Request hands-on help For critical issues requiring a dedicated expert to fix your model, ask your BP about engaging the Professional Services team for a paid project.
How to seek strategic guidance
If you're ready to take Anaplan to the next level in your business, we recommend that you contact your Business Partner (BP), who will engage a Platform Adoption Specialist (PAS). A PAS can work alongside you when:
You want to expand Anaplan to a new department.
You want to understand how new features can improve your business processes.
You need a strategic review of your Anaplan usage to identify opportunities.
How to provision a ready-to-use Anaplan workspace
Your BP should be your first point of contact if you want to create and set up a new, ready-to-use Anaplan workspace. Your BP can:
Create the workspace.
Configure the environment and set the basic parameters for that workspace.
Assign initial access and create the first administrator account.
How to report a performance or feature issue
You should submit a case directly through the Anaplan Support portal when you need to report:
A break-fix: A system error or a feature that was working is now failing.
Reduced production performance: A production model is suddenly slow with no changes, and you suspect a platform issue. If it's a model design issue, Support will refer you to your BP to engage with PAS or PS.
