Export action not updated correctly in an ALM sync

When a new dimension is added to a module and the original export action is overwritten or updated rather than recreated, the export action may not be updated correctly in a sync. While the action is updated and functions properly in the development model, in the production model, the structure of the export action (which dimensions are on rows, columns, or pages) doesn't match the export action in the development model if both changes are synced in a single revision tag.

To address this issue, users can:

1. Split the two changes (dimension change and export action update) into two separate revision tags.
2. Delete the action and recreate it.
