Cards inserted as images in AM365 do not show all rows and columns

Not all rows and columns are displayed when card templates created from grid cards or table cards are imported as images in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

When inserting your card template as an image in Excel, Word, or PowerPoint, please select Image format > Lock ratio, then specify a Width and Height for the image.
It may take a few tries to guess the width and height that would include all rows and columns.
If the card is already inserted in the document, then please follow the instructions here to resize the image.
