This issue was resolved with a release on Wednesday 3rd July, 2024

We are aware of an issue in the Anaplan UX where the insights panel remains greyed out unexpectedly. Refreshing the page, or hovering you mouse over the page selector, will resolve this issue. Our team is actively working on a permanent fix and we expect to have it resolved soon.
