We've identified an issue where some CloudWorks integrations and PlanIQ forecast action history older than 48 hours may not be visible in the "View activity" UI.

What this means for you:

  • Your integrations will continue to run normally with no data loss.
  • Historical data is still stored and can be accessed by contacting Support if needed.


workaround

If you need help with this issue, log in to the Support portal to submit a case and request any missing history that you require. Support can provide this on a per integration basis.
