This issue was fixed in the November 19, 2022 platform release.

When running an import as a non-Admin user, it may fail with a "Cell reference is not valid" error.
workaround
To get the import to work, you can try one of the following options:
- Set the user to be a Workspace Administrator
Caveat: this will bypass DCA set on the import target. - Change the import definition to "Only import updated cells" rather than "Clear target prior to import" and set up a separate import action that does the clearing step prior to running the affected import.
Caveat: this may result in 2 imports that fail with the same error depending on model structure.
