Selecting 'Manage Models' from Launchpad loads a blank model instead of Model Manager

When selecting 'Manage Models' from Launchpad, the Anaplan UI is loaded, and nothing else. This looks like a blank model:

Navigate to 'Model Manager' again from the empty UI/blank model.
