Cell history for bulk data changes fails to load if Time dimension is nested on rows or columns

If a user requests the cell history from a cell in a view in which the Time dimension is nested on the rows or columns, any history related to imports into the module fail to load and the user is presented with <Failed to load history for data change>. This message is presented whether or not the specific cell whose history is being requested was updated by the import, adding to the confusion.

Pivot the view so that Time is not nested on rows or columns i.e. it is a single dimension on rows or columns or it is pivoted to pages.
