Cell history incorrectly includes past import activity that belongs to replaced item at same position

Cell history will include in its result the import data change history that happened at the same position in the past.

This can also result in no history being shown for a cell.

For example, if I have a list with 5 items:

• and I then import data into the item in position 5 
• and then delete item 5 
• and add a new item in position 5

When I drill into the cell history, it will show the contents of the old item, as well as the current item in position 5.
