1.04-01 Hide modules for end user roles

1.04-02 Utilize Show Content On/Off for different functional areas
To reduce maintenance, create separate functional areas for dashboards and modules (for example, Reports and Report Modules). Consider if you want new content to appear automatically for the end users.
For example: In the Contents tab, turn Show New Content "On" for all dashboard functional areas and "Off" for all module functional areas. New dashboards will then automatically be added to the Contents when the role security is updated, but modules won't.
Turning the "New Content" to "Off", allows development of new content without disruptions to the end users. You can then activate the new content at the required time.
