Meet your virtual analyst - Ask Anaplan. This chatbot functionality puts answers to common problems such as password resets at your fingertips. Ask Anaplan can help you solve these kinds of issues yourself and eliminate the need to submit a case.

At the bottom right of every page, you’ll see this icon:

Select that icon at any time to launch our virtual analyst, Ask Anaplan.

Like most chatbots, Ask Anaplan is still learning. You can interact with it around a set of key topics, or you can type a query related to your issue. 

If the bot can find an answer from our knowledge content, it will provide you with a link to that content.

If that content doesn't help, you can ask to chat with a live analyst. If one is available in your time zone, Ask Anaplan will transfer you to our live chat feature. The analyst will be able to submit a case on your behalf.

Depending on your role, you'll also see options that will let you view a list of your cases and submit updates for them. 

Note that the list of cases you see in the Ask Anaplan window will only be the ones where you're the owner or main contact. You won't see cases where you are identified as a watcher.
