This page is to help you understand when to contact Support for assistance with model copies and imports.

In most situations, you'll be able to copy or import a model yourself. Please use the links below to learn more:

  • Model copy: Makes a copy of a model within the same workspace. Your original model and model copy will be in the same workspace.
  • Model import: Imports a copy of a model from one workspace to another. Your original model will be in workspace A, and your model copy will be in workspace B.

Be aware that you can't import models across workspaces that belong to different tenants. In this scenario, the Support team might be able to help you.

Continue reading below to see if what you require is one of the permitted scenarios and what information is required for Support to be able to assist you.

Neither a model copy nor a model import contains model history. Support can't provide model copies or imports with history under any circumstances. If you want this capability in the future, you can vote for the suggestions in these Community articles:

If the person giving approval is a workspace administrator, then their default tenant must be the same tenant as the workspace.
