issue
When setting up the ‘Track Status in Anaplan’ section in the workflow between Docusign and Anaplan, if you map a non- date formatted field in Docusign to a date formatted field in Anaplan, the integration will fail when you try and send the emails.
For example, if you map the 'Recipients Action' field in Docusign to a date formatted line item in Anaplan, this will fail when the documents are sent. This is because it is trying to force a text format into a date formatted line item.

workaround
To avoid this, make sure that all of the fields are mapped correctly and that the format of the line item is the same data type as what is being sent from DocuSign.
