The platform events are classified as:
- Platform unavailable: Infrastructure update: Anaplan platform maintenance event that does not include any new product enhancements or changes for customers. This event requires that we take the platform offline for a period of time to complete the updates. All upcoming maintenance events are scheduled to occur from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT unless otherwise noted.
- Platform unavailable: Product enhancement: Anaplan platform maintenance event that includes bug fixes, net new features, or significant changes to the user experience, modeling, calculation, and/or import/export functionality. This event requires that we take the platform offline for a period of time to complete the enhancements. All upcoming maintenance events are scheduled to occur from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT unless otherwise noted.
