The License Management Reporting feature in the Administration console enables you to track your purchased licenses and measure their usage.

User administrators have read and write access. They can use the Manage users link on the Summary page to change license and other user details. User license assignments are reflected on the Summary page. 

Currently, there is no option to remove a user license from a disabled user, and the assignment still counts against the total displayed on the Summary page.

workaround

User license assignments are not currently enforced and only serve as a visual tool in Administration. The number of allocated licenses in the tenant, as outlined in your contractual agreement, can be exceeded without any repercussions.

Functionality to remove user licenses from disabled users will be implemented into the platform before license entitlements are enforced.
