Support portal

The Anaplan Support portal is your central hub for technical assistance. It offers a single destination where you can log technical issues with our Support analysts, search an extensive knowledge base for immediate answers and troubleshooting guides, and track the status and history of all your support cases efficiently. 

The Support portal also gives you access to "Ask Anaplan" - a virtual analyst that you can use in the portal to self-serve for common problems such as password resets.

Our dedicated Support team is focused on resolving technical, break-fix issues. When you encounter a system error, a feature failure, or a platform-level problem, they're your first line of contact. Their core mission is to diagnose the root cause of your issue, log confirmed bugs directly with our engineering teams, and provide you with clear, effective workarounds.

The Anaplan Support website is the site you're on right now! It's your gateway to knowledge articles, guides and how-tos, and known issues and workarounds. Plus, you'll find key ways to contact the Support team in the footer of every page. There's also a login button in the main menu of the site where you can access our Support portal to submit and manage cases.

Anapedia

Anapedia is the home to Anaplan technical documentation and resources and provides help with topics ranging from modeling, calculation functions, and integrations to Polaris and Anaplan Data Orchestrator.

The Applications documentation website requires a username and password. If you already have a knowledge and engagement account with Community, Academy, or our Support portal, you can use those login credentials to access the Applications website.

Engaged by a Platform Adoption Specialist (PAS), OEG is a specialized Anaplan team that provides expert diagnostic Model Analysis, Proactive Solutions (MAPS) reports to pinpoint the causes of model performance issues.
