First, check to see if there are any Anaplan status updates
Are any large imports or exports running?
If you’re not sure, ask your company's Anaplan workspace administrator. Imports and exports use lots of resources, which can slow down your model. If possible, create processes to schedule large imports or exports to run during quiet periods.
The Anaplan workspace administrator is someone in your company who can add new users to Anaplan, set up user roles, and perform model building and administration tasks.
Are any large model changes happening?
Be aware that some model changes can impact model performance. For example, some calculations can impact performance.
Is anyone else running into this issue?
If it's just you, try clearing your browser's cache and temp files, then reboot your computer and try the same action in the model.
If more than one person has issues with multiple models, open a support case in Case Portal and include the following information:
- The URL of the models that are slow. If the models do not open, include the name of the model and the workspace.
- The time when you first noticed the issue.
- The last actions taken in the model before the issue began.
