Give users visibility into status

Planual rule on giving users visibility into status.

Ideally, pages should always keep users informed about what's going on through appropriate feedback within a reasonable time. Being informed about the current status helps users decide what to do next in order to accomplish their goals. It also helps them figure out if their actions were effective or if they made a mistake.

Review the pages with end users often to ensure all requirements are known. Additionally, this will help in the UAT process in that end users won't be surprised by what they're seeing.
