If the platform experiences an incident, Anaplan will provide regular updates via the Status page. You can also subscribe to receive updates whenever we create, update, or resolve an incident.

Follow these steps to subscribe:

  1. Go to https://status.anaplan.com/ .
  2. Select Subscribe to updates.

  1. Select a notification option (email, phone/text message, Slack, etc.).

    To subscribe to multiple notification options (such as email and text message), you must submit a subscription form for each one.

  1. For email/text message subscriptions, you’ll also have the option to subscribe to specific components. We recommend that you select only the components you require to avoid notifications that don’t impact your specific configuration.

    If you’re not sure which components you should subscribe to, please contact your Customer Success Business Partner for more information.

    For example, if your Anaplan Data Center is US WEST, make sure to select all components under US WEST and deselect all other components.
